Sweet Onion and Crème Fraiche Flatbread:  

Our most popular flavor, the sweet organic onions are mellowed by careful roasting in our ovens. Using Strauss Dairy cream to make our crème fraiche contributes to the wonderful taste of this flavor. Fantastic pairings include: Triple cream cheese such as Brillat Savarin or Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam, cave aged Gruyere or Emmantel.

Wild Mushroom and Truffle Flatbread: 

Filled with the distinctive earthy and rich flavors of wild mushrooms and truffles this flat bread is wonderful served with a simple salted butter or a bright, fresh chevre. 

Kalamata Olive Sourdough Flatbread: 
This delicious flat bread is made using Divina organic olives which we hand pit and mince to knead into the bread. The result is a true olive flavor which compliments fresh Chevre, Humbolt Fog or creamy Baskeriu

Cranberry, Pecan and Rosemary Pan Forte: 
Three diffenent flavors combine in this pan forte with the note of fresh rosemary coming through. This flavor is nutty and sweet with the added twist of herbal in the mix. Delightful on its own or paired with creamy brie or Tallegio.

Tart Bing Cherry, almonds and Valrhona cacao nib Pan Forte:
This thin crisp toast has a classic flavor combination of dried cherries, almonds and cacao nibs giving it a sweet, slightly chocolate flavor. Lightly sprinkled with crystal sugar, this pan forte is a great match with creamy goat cheese, but, could also stand in for a cookie with a glass of milk.
